Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we DO NOT offer any refunds or returns for any products or services sold on our website for any reason. This includes recurring subscription fees.

That being said, we’re also real people and understand that sometimes things happen! At the sole discretion of Your Nursing Tutor, we may occasionally allow exceptions to our refund policy. If you would like to request an exception, you may email us at Support@YourNursingTutor.com to explain your situation.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan, you are required by law to complete your payment plan. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid via our collection agency.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Conditions

In order to qualify for the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee that is available with certain membership products, you are required to attend at least 1 Tutoring session (or watch/listen to a recording if it doesn’t fit your schedule), AND complete at least 1 Silver Bullet Study System outline (we teach you how inside the membership!).

If you complete the requirements and still do not believe the membership is a good fit for your needs, simply email us within your first 30-days of membership at Support@YourNursingTutor.com . The email MUST INCLUDE: 1) the date you attended tutoring (or the date of the recording you reviewed), and 2) a screenshot or file attachment of your Silver Bullet Study System outline notes. When you satisfy the Money-back Guarantee requirements, we will return your first-month’s membership payment within 5-10 business days.
