If you’re like me, you probably have trouble remembering all of Erikson’s Eight Stages of Development. But if you want to do well in your pediatric nursing class or on pediatric NCLEX style questions, you just need to know it. That’s why I was so excited today when I found this great video! It will help you memorize Erikson’s Eight Stages of Psychosocial development once and for all! It’s a little goofy (which is probably why I like it so much), but it’s definitely worth 20 minutes of your time.
In the video, he refers to the “peg system” of memorizing. If you’re not familiar with using the peg system, here’s a quick review on Wikipedia.
So go, watch the video, learn Erikson’s stages, and don’t forget to come back and tell me what you think!
